Brody Sullivan graduated from West Virginia University in 2023 and serves as a Leasing Executive at Preferred Investments specializing in tenant representation. He works directly with tenants and tenant representatives to identify and secure spaces that support operational efficiency, long-term growth, and overall business success. Brody takes a personal approach to understanding each tenant’s business and works closely with them to secure spaces that align with their operational needs and long-term vision.

 

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Brody spent several years in the construction industry and co-owned a masonry company, gaining nearly a decade of hands-on experience managing projects and working directly with customers. His background in construction provides valuable insight when evaluating properties and understanding how space impacts business operations.

 

Originally from Cape May, New Jersey, Brody brings the same energy and discipline he applies to his work into his life outside the office -whether he’s scuba diving, fishing the ocean and local lakes, or finishing the day with a run around town.
