Connor W. Shields graduated from the University of Mount Union, where he was a member of the 2012 National Championship football team.

Connor serves as a Leasing Executive at Preferred Investments, specializing in commercial leasing and real estate management. In this role, he focuses on repositioning industrial properties into versatile spaces designed to meet evolving tenant needs. By collaborating closely with property owners, tenants, and internal teams, he helps streamline leasing processes while enhancing the functionality and appeal of each property.

With more than a decade of experience in sales and account management, Connor brings strong organizational skills and a proven ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships. His approach centers on delivering value-driven solutions that align with client goals while maximizing the potential of every space.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with his wife, Jillian Shields, and their two children. He is an avid golfer, enjoys boating—particularly wake surfing—and is a passionate supporter of Pittsburgh sports. He also enjoys staying active through working out.
