Chris Cappelli serves as Senior Manager, Asset Management & Portfolio Oversight, where he is responsible for overseeing portfolio performance, asset strategy, and operational execution across the firm's residential real estate investments.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Chris began his career in Ernst & Young's audit practice, where he worked with a variety of public and private companies, developing expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and business operations.

 

In addition to his accounting background, Chris has been investing in residential real estate for the past four years, gaining firsthand experience in acquisition analysis, asset management, portfolio optimization, and investment strategy.
 
Outside of work, Chris enjoys watching sports, golfing, and competing in a local recreational kickball league. He also enjoys staying engaged with real estate investing and market trends.
