Ahmed Samir is a Business Development Representative at Preferred Investments, where he plays an active role in leasing and acquisitions across multiple projects. He is involved in tenant outreach, identifying and securing new leasing opportunities, as well as organizing and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.

Ahmed graduated from Ain Shams University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career as a Structural Design Engineer, where he developed a strong technical foundation and attention to detail. Transitioning into real estate, he has successfully combined his engineering background with market analysis and client engagement to deliver value-driven results.

Outside of work, Ahmed enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He is a passionate football fan—especially supporting Al Ahly—and has a strong interest in video games. He also prioritizes staying active and regularly goes to the gym, maintaining a balanced and energetic lifestyle.
